Naman Hotellerie in Rome was an absolute gem! The best aspects were its central location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions, and yet tucked away on a quiet street for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel itself was immaculate, with a tastefully decorated room and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel like a friend rather than just a guest. I also appreciated the free access to Netflix, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring when the restaurants were closed.

As for the worst aspects, honestly, I can't think of anything. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

The lack of a front desk and service can be disappointing, as there is no one readily available to address your concerns or answer your questions. The method of communication is restricted to messaging or voicemail, which may not be convenient for immediate assistance.

Location was perfect - walking distance to everything you'd want to see during a quick trip. Bed was very comfy and as the hotel was located down a quiet street, there was little noise. The room was clean, beds are very comfortable, AC in the rooms, Nespresso Machine, TV, Amazing bathroom, and the Shower Gel & Shampoo smell heavenly!

It wasn't clear when I booked that this was an 'air B & B' hotel - ie no reception or staff present at the hotel. The means of accessibility should and must be included in the description of the hotel.
